- No. Your payment method sits on your own WhatsApp Business account, so Meta bills you directly at its published rate. We never buy or resell messages, so there is nothing for us to mark up. We charge for the software only.
- Who owns the WhatsApp number and the Meta account?
- You do. The WhatsApp Business account is registered to your business, not to us. If you stop using our software, the number and the account stay with you and you can keep messaging.
- Do I need a developer to connect my number?
- No. You sign in with Facebook, choose the number you want to use, and Meta verifies the account. There is nothing to install and no code to write.
